Shipping Policy

Introduction

At SisterBlend, we are committed to delivering your order in the timeliest manner possible. We ship our herbal tea and supplements from the UAE to countries within the GCC.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship to countries within the GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates).

Processing Time

Orders received before 3.30 PM on working days will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped out the next working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders within the UAE, the shipping fee is between 20 to 40 AED. For other GCC countries, it is between 40 to 60 AED. We offer free shipping on orders over 200 AED.

Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1-2 working days. For other GCC countries, delivery can take between 2-5 working days. Please note that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available and can be selected at checkout. The cost for expedited shipping will be calculated based on your location.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All customs, duties, and taxes for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. They will be paid at the time of delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a link to check the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Include all relevant information and photographs of the damage, if applicable.

Changes to Shipping Address

Customers may change their shipping address after an order has been placed only if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses.
