1. What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in herbal teas and supplements. Each of our products is carefully sourced and prepared to maintain the highest quality.
2. Where are you located?
Our business is based in the UAE, Dubai.
3. What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to countries within the GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates).
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Within the UAE, delivery typically takes 1-2 working days. For other GCC countries, delivery can take between 2-5 working days.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment.
6. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
7. What if my product is damaged or lost during shipping?
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately. Include all relevant information and photographs of the damage, if applicable.
8. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Customers may change their shipping address after an order has been placed only if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
9. What are the payment methods you accept?
We currently accepts Credit Card and COD.
10. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over 200 AED.
